I'm WAY Behind ....

I know that I have over 6 emails from people waiting for their photos to be edited and I am sooo sorry that I'm behind in getting to them. I have not forgotten about them and they are certainly on my list of things that need to get done asap! I know there are a few who have been waiting for almost a month. ((Yikes!)) Really, I'm going to take a day and get them done. Please don't hate me.

I'm so happy I took the Canon with me to Izabella's program tonight. Check out these cute faces that I just had to get.

It's well after 2am and I need my beauty sleep (for reals!). I just wanted to come on here and say that today I made my first Etsy sell! This is the item I sold.





It's a baby bowl/egg that I knit. They are great for photography props. You stick a sleepy baby in that thing and they are out and then you can pose them how you want them and get some great shots. Mine are really cheap. Only $10.00. Check them out...to the right, to the right.---->
Not bad having my first sale after only being up for less then a week, having no feedback (because I'm new there) AND only having a few items to choose from so far. If I were smart I'd make them as they are ordered. I'm going to have to think about doing that but if I do that then people have to wait on them. The photographer who bought one this morning needs it for a photo shoot this weekend so I'm hoping it gets to her on time.
ALSO, I have 2 private requests for the same item but in different shades. I haven't counted that as a sell yet because I still have to finish them and I haven't gotten paid. :o)

I have not picked up my Canon in well over a week! Am I sick? WTH? Who knows. The urge just isn't there at the moment. I need to find an assignment to do so that I get some practice in. Lord knows that lately I need it.
I will blame my lack of picture taking on....kids won't sit still long enough...weather is way too nice....knitting...camera is too heavy.

I have more photos from the covered bridge that I have not finished with yet. I'm not sure how many more but at least a handful. I have knitting to blame. It's way too addicting!! I'll try to get the rest of the photos up by the weekend.

P.S. I'm also going to blame the lack of carbs and energy for not having them done yet. Grrr!
